Looking for a young and responsible Yaya ? Minglanilla in Minglanilla, Central Visayas

We are in need of a young and responsible yaya to take care of my daughters (4yr old and 7 mos old), while I'm working (just at home) and resting. Starting salary is 2500 and we are willing to give increase in 6 months, if we are satisfied with your service.

Since, this is not thru referral, I would be requiring a few things from you before hiring. Please see below.
Minimum qualifications are:
- 19 to 25 years old (pls present birth cert, or ID)
- at least High School Graduate
- Character Reference (former employer or superior, neighbor, etc)
- Police or NBI Clearance (can be accomplished while int he job)
Expectations from us:
- aside from taking care of the kids, do laundry for kids' clothes only (at least 2x in a month)
- you will have your own room with cabinet and fan
- negotiable payment terms (weekly, bimonthly, monthly)
- Saturday or Sunday dayoff (at least 2x in a month)
- initial training, instructions and guidance will be given
- observation period within the first 1-2 months
